Shipping
We do our best to ship as quickly as possible, but are currently experiencing shipping delays. Because of this, we are currently offering free shipping as thanks for your patience.
Orders are fulfilled within 8 business days and shipped from California. The shipping times below offer a general guide, but due to carrier timing, they are not a guarantee.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped.

Please double check your shipping address and order before placing submit. We are not able to make order changes once you have placed your order and are not liable after the order leaves our warehouse.

Alaska and Hawaii: Please note that the domestic shipping and delivery times described above are applicable to the continental U.S. only. Please anticipate an additional 2-5 business days for your order to arrive due to carrier restrictions in your region.
    Shipping Restrictions
    At this time we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO and U.S. Territories. Orders made to addresses in these areas will be canceled.

    Return Policy
    You may return any item purchased on h-o-r-s-e.net within 14 days of the delivery date by following the instructions below:
    1. Visit our Returns Portal to initiate a return.
    2. Once you have received your Return Authorization please make sure the item(s) you wish to return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to approve your return and issue a refund.
    3. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and a return shipping fee of $9 will be deducted from your return.

    Once your return shipment reaches our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions detailed above, the item(s) will be sent back to you and your return request will be denied. Once your return has been approved and processed you will be issued a refund to the original form of payment and a Refund Confirmation email will be sent to you. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

    Refunds
    Once your return shipment reaches us, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed and refund issued. Once your return has been accepted, we will process your reimbursement and send you a Refund Confirmation email. 
    The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used: Credit Card: All major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB. Your card will be debited when the order is placed.

    If you have received a Refund Confirmation email but have not been refunded please contact your bank. If your bank is unable to locate your refund please contact us at info@h-o-r-s-e.net
